Oil And Natural Gas Development

We are also an oil & gas operating company with wells in our Kazakhstan Oil & Gas fields. The increased oil and natural gas development has helped drive overall crude oil and natural gas production growth in the Permian Basin during the past decades. Drilling and completion operations within the offshore locations have been responsible for much of the crude oil and natural gas production growth in our company since 2006. As of September 2020, the NEFTEPRODUKT COMPANY, LLP accounted for about 1.7 million barrels of crude oil per day (b/d) and 4 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day (Bcf/d).

Exploration, Development And Production

Our oil and natural gas exploration, development and production operations are subject to stringent environmental laws and regulations, including those relating to waste handling, remediation of hazardous substances, water discharge and air emissions, and our employees undertake significant training and education each year with regard to regulatory compliance, industry standards and innovative opportunities to effectively manage the challenges of developing our resources.

The Upstream Segment

Our mission is to exploit producing oil & gas fields in the Republic Of Kazakhstan and abroad, ensuring a maximum effective and integrated recovery of hydrocarbon resources. Our Development Strategy until 2030 was approved by the Board of Directors in 2020, According to the strategy, the Company is mainly focused on the Upstream segment, focuses on the fields where the Company can expand existing competencies, namely, the fields with an out-of-balance development system and the fields with complex reservoirs similar to those developed in the regions of presence.

What We Do

The days when big oil companies did all of their own exploration are long gone. With consolidation and downsizing, much of the work of developing the resource has been picked up by larger, more agile, independent companies like NEFTEPRODUKT COMPANY, LLP. we begin drilling operations.

The process begins when our explorationists – geologists, geophysicists and engineers starts the proposal, examine the geology, geochemistry and seismic data, and map an area. The proposed recovery method is considered, We take all the pieces of the puzzle, put them together, and determine whether the project is viable.

Once all the oil and gas leases have been signed, we and our partner with specific expertise in the particular technology to be used, to do the actual drilling of the wells and to conduct the production operations. In other words, we are a company that makes it all possible.
